     Referral service to Klinik Kesihatan
     Monitoring of identified anemic children
     Worm prophylaxis
     Vaccinations

Implementation


1.      The Healthcare team will conduct a minimum of 2 visits a year; 1 visit every 6 months.

2.      Each trip will be conducted over a weekend in Kampung Bangau-Bangau, Semporna.

3.      The healthcare team will deliver 1 Health Education topic per visit, aimed at the mothers of the street children & undocumented children. A different topic in the series will be delivered each visit to ensure the breadth of healthcare knowledge is received by the community as a whole.

4.      The children will undergo the planned screening activities each visit in an effort to closely monitor their growth, which would also act as a measure to the success of the Nutrition & Sanitation operations.

5.      In collaboration with the District Health Office, Children found to be sick or in need of further medical treatment will be referred to the nearest Klinik Kesihatan.
